Universal pleads the Seventh Amendment over “Blurred Lines.” After the jury’s decision that Robin Thick and Pharrell Williams would be held liable for copyright infringement, and that Universal and Clifford Harris, Jr. (T.I.) would not, the Gaye family has asked the judge in the case to find them liable anyway.
