PANDORA HAS EMERGED VICTORIOUS IN ASCAP’S APPEAL OF PAYMENT RATE CASE.

Pandora has emerged victorious in ASCAP’s appeal of payment rate case. After winning a previous case, Pandora got a judge to set their ASCAP payment rate at 1.85 percent of revenue cost. That ruling was set to expire at the end of this year, but with this new decision, the rate will be valid for the next five years.
