A NEW STUDY SAYS THE BEATLES DID NOT IMPACT MUSIC – THEY JUST FOLLOWED TRENDS.

A new study says that The Beatles did not impact music – they just followed trends. A group of London academics used data analysis to track musical patterns from 1960 to 2010, pinpointing the origin and duration of various musical trends. Shockingly, the study not only negates the idea that the U.S. charts were transformed by the ‘British invasion,’ but even suggests that the hallmark styles of bands like The Beatles and the Rolling Stones were already established in the States before the so-called invasion occurred.
